Cancellation policy

We do not normally charge cancellation fees unless specifically agreed in writing in individual communication with a guest at the time of booking. We ask our guests to let us know as early as possible if, after a firm booking, something does come up and they are unable to arrive. In this case, we can usually rent out our Relax Loft to someone else and avoid the expense of down payments or cancellation fees. In addition, we assume that our guests only cancel for important reasons, for which we would then waive the cancellation fees as a gesture of goodwill.

Holiday destination

Hochhausen is a satellite village which belongs to the main city of Tauberbischofsheim. It is located approximately 5 km from the city center. Guests can rent E-bikes from the dealer "Zweirad Esser" (3 km). Restauarnts in the area feature the tipical "Besenwirtschaften" (wine tasting rooms), German cuisine, beer gardens as well as Italian and Croatian cuisine. Grocery shopping is 800m for minimal needs. Supermarkets 4 km.

Getting there

Coming from Frankfurt airport, take the A3 towards Nuremberg, at the Würzburg intersection take the A81 towards Stuttgart, exit at Tauberbischofsheim, take the B290 towards Tauberbischofsheim, turn left after the gas station and take the bridge over the Tauber, turn right after the bridge and right again at the next traffic light, keep going straight past the shopping markets towards the Hochhausen district, about 5 km from the center of Tauberbischofsheim, turn into Steppersgasse (third street on the right).

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem erdenklichem Komfort. Am besten war die in der Wohnung liegende Sauna.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in diesem schönen Loft. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen: eine gemütliche Sauna, ein idyllischer Garten, ein super Grill, eine geräumige Garage mit E-Bike-Aufflademöglichkeit und vieles mehr. Besonders genossen haben wir die herrlichen Fahrrad- und Wanderausflüge sowie die entspannenden Abende bei Kerzenlicht und gutem Wein aus der Region. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Familie Münch für die freundliche Betreuung und die wertvollen Tipps. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
