Cosy apartment in Zillertal. Up to 4 people can have a comfortable stay in our apartment, which has one bedroom, one bathroom and one kitchen!
A path will take you to the town centre in 5 minutes. You can drive to the Horberg lift in 6 minutes.
The ski bus stop is 50 m away.
The apartment has 1 bedroom (12 square metres) with a
double bed (140 x 200 cm) and an additional bed (140 x 187 cm).
The bathroom is 6 metres squared. The eat-in kitchen is 15 metres squared.
A couch (100 x 175 cm) in the kitchen offers an additional place to sleep.
There is a wardrobe and a coat rack in the entrance hall (6 metres squared).
There is also a lockable room (with ski boot dryer) where you can store your skis in winter and your bikes in summer!
Enjoy the wonderful view from our 21 square metre enclosed terrace.
Dogs are welcome here! The price for the summer season is €5 per day per animal! In the winter season the price is €7 per day! We kindly ask our guests NOT to allow animals in the bedroom!!

The location of our apartment makes it an ideal starting point for numerous different hikes in summer!
Since we are members of the "Zillertal Naturpark", you can take part in free guided hikes.
The swimming pool, tennis court and beach volleyball court are just a few minutes away.
In winter you are a 6-minute drive away from the Horberg lift or the Zillertal Arena. You can also take the ski bus to the new Möslbahn!
The ski bus stops 50 m away and is free!
Inntal motorway – exit at Wiesing/Zillertal
Continue on the B169 for about 25 km until you reach the traffic lights in Ramsau.
Turn right here towards Hippach, direction “Zillertaler Höhenstraße”, then drive towards “Schwendberg Zillertaler Höhenstraße” for about 3 minutes.
Turn left at the “Astbühel” junction!
Our house is third on the right!
