The holiday home Brekkense Wiel 128 is located right on the water with a 12-meter boat dock, feel free to bring your own boat or rent a small one. The garden faces south and includes a lawn, 12-meter boat dock, and a view of the main canal de Zijlroede!! Modern furnishings, dining table, TV with German channels, free Wifi, kitchen with oven and dishwasher. Guest toilet and storage room for bicycles. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds, and 1 with bunk beds, bathroom with tub, shower, sink, and toilet. A washing machine is also available.

A very comfortable holiday home in a superb location!

Holiday destination

Lemmer is an old fishing village where a maritime atmosphere can still be found. The village of Lemmer and a beach on the IJsselmeer are just under 1 km away from the holiday home. In the village, you can admire many boats from a terrace.

The area is a true paradise for water sports enthusiasts, with endless opportunities for sailing, fishing, and boating. All the lakes are interconnected. Renting a boat without a license is no problem.

Als wir das Ferienhaus betraten war der Wow-Effekt denn wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt! Es ist ein sehr gemütliches, in der Ausstattung hochwertiges, in der Aufteilung sehr gut geschnittenes Haus zum wohlfühlen! Die Terrasse direkt am Wasser und die traumhafte Aussicht laden zum träumen ein ! Alle Boote die nach Lemmer rein oder raus fahren müssen an diesem Haus vorbei, das ist ein Unterhaltungswert der Fernsehen überflüssig macht! Die Betten waren sehr bequem, wir haben richtig gut geschlafen! Außerdem war auch der Empfang und die Betreuung durch die Aqua-State Mitarbeiter sehr herzlich und vorbildlich! Der Ort Lemmer ist einfach nur herrlich, typisch holländisch, sehr putzig, sehr gute Cafes, Restaurants, schöne Geschäfte und sehr nette Einheimische! Es war wirklich ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!

Wir waren mit 2 Familien jeweils 1 Kind( 4 Jahre) über die Osterfeiertage dort. Sowohl die Wohnung wie auch die Umgebung war einfach super. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen sich ein Boot auszuleihen es lohnt sich. Auch der Service ließ keine Wünsche offen. Kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.
