The country house is very remote and can only be reached by car. The nearest house is 2 km away.
Bathroom and kitchen have been recently renovated.

The country house is about 20 minutes by car from the peninsula Fischland-Darß-Zingst at the Baltic Sea. The area is known for its unique landscapes of the Western Pomerania Lagoon Area National Park.
The late summer offers a particularly impressive experience when thousands of cranes fly over the house to their nocturnal resting places on the nearby Bodden meadows.

From Rostock take the B105 via Ribnitz-Damgarten to Stralsund. Approx. 37km after the A19 or 15km after Ribnitz-Damgarten follow the junction to the left in the direction of Barth/Bartelshagen II.
After 5km on the left hand side, just after the sign for Hermannshof, in a sharp right-hand bend, you will see the sign for Hermannshagen-Dorf. Follow this sign and drive into Hermannshagen.
Here you take the first junction to the right, directly behind a horse farm. 100m later you have to leave the main road, which turns left, and drive straight ahead on a path with flagged floor.
Shortly after, a dirt road leads to the house on the right. The path to the property begins on the left 50m before the edge of the forest.
