You are welcome to use the in-house sauna area at 'Landhaus Schnitzer' - our second holiday apartment residence nearby - at any time and of course free of charge... as well as the garden there and the children's house or playground... and whatever else is needed (e.g., the washing machine and dryer) etc. ...
The cozy holiday apartment 'Beim Kilzer' is located on the ground floor or half-floor and is situated in the house of a former merchant's store in the heart of the small village of Treffling. In the immediate vicinity is the village church and some neighboring farms. Those who are looking for an apartment with 'inner values' and do not necessarily need their own garden will find a beautiful cozy retreat for their holiday with this apartment.
Treffling is situated on the sunny plateau above Lake Millstätter ... not far from the Trefflinger Feld ... wonderfully located between mountain and lake. The apartment is therefore the ideal home for a varied holiday at Lake Millstätter: whether it's swimming pleasure at the lake or hiking joys on the surrounding mountains, whether sporty bike tours or relaxing walks ...
Tauernautobahn - Exit Seeboden/Millstättersee - turn left towards Seeboden - at the 2nd roundabout take the exit to Treffling - keep straight until Treffling - after the town sign 'Treffling', turn right at the crossroads into the town...
Driving straight through the small village of Treffling along the main street, you will reach, approximately at the level of the fire station (on the left) and the church (on the right), a babbling wooden fountain in front of which a bridge stretches across the little stream. This is the small access bridge to Kilzer.

in the last week before the arrival date: 100%
Should there be a chance that you are unable to start your holiday as planned, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
