The holiday home is located on the sunny side of the Zillertal at an altitude of 1100m and can be reached by car. It is always rented out to only one group (2-12 people). In terms of location, it is a mountain hut, but with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + sauna, it offers the comfort of a holiday home.
The lowest floor with the sauna, a bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and a small kitchen as well as the living room, can be accessed through a separate entrance. The two upper floors have another 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, the kitchen with dining area, the large living room with a stove bench, and a small pantry.
The garden and terrace are equipped with garden furniture.

You are on the sunny side of the Zillertal. By car, you can reach the towns of Hart and Fügen in just over 10 minutes. Here you will find inns, shopping facilities, and the valley station of the ski area.
Directly from the house, countless hiking and ski touring opportunities open up. There are 8 main peaks with summit crosses to reach (directly from the house!).
In the nearby area, other sports are possible: skiing, cross-country skiing, golf, horseback riding, climbing, swimming, biking...
The house is accessible by car via a mountain road. Please note, in winter with appropriate snow conditions, you will need snow chains!
