The house has 2 apartments. Only the ground floor apartment is available for rent. The top floor is closed and not occupied. The 6m x 3m private chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.4m x 1.6m is perfect for a refreshing bath during hot summer days. Additionally, there's an exterior shower, a mobile BBQ and one sun lounger for sunbathing. A terrace is great for al fresco dining; maybe a romantic dinner for two? The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.
The one-storey accommodation offers a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. From here you have a direct access to the pool! The living room has air conditioning, WiFi and satellite TV with English channels. The kitchen is open to the living room and is well equipped, including a modern induction hob.
Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

Sa Pobla village is situated on the north of the island and a car is necessary. The village has retained its original charm over the years. In the main square you can enjoy a coffee and mingle with the locals. There are a few nice restaurants serving typical dishes from the region. In January the famous festival of Sant Antoni takes place in Sa Pobla when the entire village is lit with a fireworks, parade and celebration. In 15 minutes by car you will reach the miles-long sandy beach of Playa de Muro, the beach of Can Picafort or the sandy beach of Playa de Alcúdia.

Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
