Its four bedrooms are spacious and have exterior views either to the street or to the garden. All of them are on the ground floor and are fitted with double beds – one of them has an en suite bathroom too. They count with air conditioning and central heating. There is another bathroom with bath in the house.
In summer, the architecture of the house allows for natural climate control. Let the fresh air come in at night and cool of the House.
The kitchen is charming, spacious and well equipped with everything you may need during your stay: blender, microwave, fridge with freezer, gas stove, electric oven, electric coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, fruit squeezer, kettle, etc. There is a dining area in the kitchen too where you can enjoy your meals comfortably. There is also a dining room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
In the light-filled living room, which is very cozy and well-decorated, you can relax on the comfortable sofas while watching satellite TV (only German channels), surfing the internet (WIFI) or reading a book.
The garden, which is big and very well-kept , counts with nice terrace and a big area, 90 m2, of grass. You will enjoy your time outside taking advantage of the Majorcan weather. The porch, with 24 m2, looks over the garden and swimming pool. It is completely furnished and has access through the living room. It is the perfect spot for summer barbecue dinners outdoors.
The swimming pool, with a size of 9.5 x 5 metres and a depth from 1.3 to 2 metres, is surrounded by a terrace where you will find 6 sunbeds to sunbathe comfortably.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
Pets are not allowed.

Tourist License: ETV/4296
The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.

The location of the house is between urban and rural. It is the most real way to get to know Majorca: starting from the countryside and also being in contact with one of the most important city on the island. Manacor has a lot of shops and offers all the services you may need during your stay. In addition, it is well communicated. The house is 900 meters far from the city Centre, but is also next to the countryside. If you wish to get to know different beaches and coves you have a great range in the surroundings, such as Portocristo, which is 13.5 km far away.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
