This house features a private, 9mx 3m chlorine pool with a depth between 1.1m and 2.1m and an exterior shower. Afternoons can be spent basking in the sun on one of the six sun loungers. There’s a furnished porch and a barbecue, perfect for family-dinners. This lovely cottage is private and there are direct neighbors.
The air-conditioned rustic-style kitchen with dining table is fully-equipped and offers a gas hob, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The kitchen as well as one shower bath are located in the annex and can be accessible from the exterior. The main house welcomes you with a cozy sitting room, where you can relax while reading a good book by the fireplace or watching a film on the satellite-TV. The surroundings of this rural property are very quiet, but at the same time it is not too far from Inca. Inca is one of the most important towns of the island because of its leather tradition and footwear industry. Every Thursday there is a street market in Inca and it is considered to be one of the most important ones in the island. In this town you can enjoy visiting places like Santa María Mayor’s church, Santo Domingo’s and San Francesc’s convents, and the monastery of Sant Bartomeu. In the same area there are several "cellers" serving regional culinary specialties. With regard to the beaches, in the area of Can Picafort you will find the closest ones. There you can enjoy turquoise waters and fine white sand, and you can also enjoy a variety of water sports like windsurfing, kite surfing and diving, among others. In the same area there is a great deal of nightlife where you will find all kinds of bars and nightclubs.
