Cancellation term
The lessee is entitled to cancel the contract for a justified reason. Bad weather is not a justified reason. Cancellation must be made in writing 4 weeks before the trip begins.
If it is not possible to re-let the house under the same conditions, the deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the trip begins, we charge the full rental price.
You may want to take out a travel cancellation insurance.
