The holiday home is habitable all year round and has three bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet. It comfortably accommodates five people. The fenced property is about 350 sqm in size.
The holiday home is equipped with everything to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. The washing machine and dryer are particularly indispensable benefits when on holiday with children.
In the living room, you can relax on comfortable upholstered furniture. Tasteful paintings and decorations create a cozy atmosphere. High-efficiency lighting technology, Wi-Fi, internet radio, and TV are also available.
The large terrace is sheltered from the wind and fully furnished. A part of it is also covered and offers a perfect atmosphere for cozy summer evenings. This is pure holiday enjoyment.
You can drive directly to the holiday home with your vehicle and park there.
The holiday home is used privately by us for most of the year and is therefore furnished to a high standard according to our personal preferences. Additional amenities include a beach chair, a handcart, and a Lotus Grill.

The bungalow park Strandslag Julianadorp is located right in front of the dunes and a short distance from the beach. It's only 6 km to Den Helder, and Julianadorp is just a few minutes away. The infrastructure provides all shopping facilities and a wide range of leisure activities nearby.
In the award-winning bungalow park, there is a mini-golf course with a restaurant where small snacks are served. The playground is suitable for all age groups.

Unfortunately, it can happen that you are unable to go on your holiday and have to cancel your rental agreement. The following cancellation fees apply if the tenant withdraws:
• 10% of the rental fee for cancellations up to 90 days before the arrival date.
• 30% of the rental fee for cancellations between the 90th and the 30th day before the arrival date.
• 80% of the rental fee for cancellations between the 30th and the 14th day before the arrival date.
• The full rental fee for cancellations between the 14th day and the arrival date or later.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Die Vermietung des Ferienhauses erfolgt nur wochenweise von Samstag bis Samstag.
In den NRW-Sommerferien erfolgt die Vermietung nur im 2-Wochen-Rhythmus 1.+2./3.+4./5.+6. Woche.
Außerhalb der Schulferien sind andere Mietzeiten und Anreisetage auf Anfrage möglich.
Die Mindestmietdauer außerhalb der Ferienzeiten beträgt drei Nächte.
Eine Kaution von 150,00 € ist vor Reisebeginn mit der Restzahlung zu hinterlegen.
Der Strom- und Gasverbrauch wird durch digitale Zähler tagesaktuell erfasst und berechnet.
Die entstandenen Verbrauchskosten werden mit der Rückzahlung der Kaution verrechnet.
Die Touristenbelastung 2024/2025 beträgt 1,50 € p.P.p.N. und wird der Miete hinzugerechnet.
Wir gestatten das Mitbringen eines angemeldeten Hundes
unter Anerkennung der Verhaltensregeln.
