Reiserücktritt / Umbuchung / Ersatzmieter
Sie können jederzeit von Ihrer gebuchten Reise zurücktreten. In diesem Fall berechnen wir als Entschädigung die folgenden anteiligen Mieten:
Nach erfolgter Anzahlung, bis 30 Tage vor Reiseantritt: 20% des Mietpreises, bis 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 50%, bis 7 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 80 % des Mietpreises.
Sämtliche Reiserücktritte müssen in Schriftform erfolgen. Maßgeblich ist jeweils das Eingangsdatum des Schreibens bei dem Vermieter. Bei Reiseabbruch während des Aufenthaltes sind 100 % des Vertragspreises zu zahlen. Erfolgt keine Kündigung und der Mieter reist nicht an, gelten die gleichen Bedingungen.
Bei Nichtanreise ohne Ankündigung wird die Ferienwohnung 24 Stunden nach dem Anreisetermin wieder zur Vermietung frei gegeben. Ein Recht auf Bezug des Objektes besteht dann nicht mehr. Wir empfehlen Ihnen den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittkostenversicherung. Wenn Sie durch unvorhergesehene Ereignisse wie Unfall oder Krankheit Ihre Reise nicht antreten können oder außerplanmäßig beenden müssen, ersetzt diese Versicherung Ihnen einen großen Teil der Rücktrittskosten.

We hebben een fantastische week gehad in de Ferienwohnung. We reizen al jaren naar Duitsland en huren privé accommodaties, maar geen enkel huis/woning was zo mooi, modern en compleet ingericht als deze woning. Alles super schoon en een mooie omgeving vlakbij het Reichswald.

Dit appartement is met recht een Traumferienwohnung. Wij hebben er 12 dagen vakantie mogen houden en het geweldig gehad. Het is luxe, alles wat je nodig hebt is er. De woning is duidelijk met veel liefde ingericht, Een heerlijke plek in een prachtige omgeving, aan de rand van het uitgestrekte Reichswald. Je loopt vanuit huis direct het bos in met zijn vele wandelpaden. En dan de gastheer en gastvrouw, wat een bijzondere, hartelijke, gezellige, gastvrije mensen. Werner en Angelika, jullie hebben er voor gezorgd dat wij een super fijne vakantie hebben gehad.

Im Juli haben wir in dieser Ferienwohnung unseren Urlaub verbracht. Die Inneneinrichtung und das Ambiente waren für uns sehr außergewöhnlich und sehr ansprechend. Wir wurden herzlich betreut und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in diesem temporären zu Hause. Da dies bereits unser zweiter und bestimmt nicht der letzte Aufenthalt am Niederrhein war, werden wir bestimmt wiederkommen.
