Luxurious detached house + holiday house in the garden (very close to the main house). The house and holliday house are rented out together and surrounded by a green garden, a veranda and wood stove.
House:
> luxurious kitchen
> toilet on ground floor
> 3 bedrooms (one with a double and one with a single bed), masterbedroom: ensuite bathroom (big bathtub, double shower, toilet), bed has two seperate big matrasses
> 2th bathroom: toilet, shower, double sink
> 2 washing machines + tumble dryer
Holiday house:
> first floor: three bedrooms (one with a twin with two seperate big matrasses-)
>ground floor: bathroom, the rest of the ground floor will not be rented and will be closed
Garden: big dinner table, and a covered veranda with a wood burner, lounge area and another dining table

Unwind in the lovely surroundings of Bergen. In a few minutes you walk into the forest, cross a few roads and walk or jog right to the sea (5 km, one hour hike).
The beach and Alkmaar are within cycling distance. Do a wonderful yoga session on the beach, let your kids take wave surf lesson or visit the art market.
Or take an afternoon to explore the beautiful shops of Bergen - you walk into the centre in 15 minutes or by bike in 5. In the evening you can choose one of the many cozy restaurants in Bergen or a beautiful beach club in Bergen aan Zee.
Or visit Amsterdam (50 minutes by car, 45 minutes by train from Alkmaar CS) or the isle of Texel.
