Welcome to this holiday home with a magnificent pool, internet connection, and cozy space for 2 guests.
The holiday home offers 50 m² of living space and a 25 m² terrace, featuring a large living room with an open-plan kitchen, which is visually separated by a breakfast bar. The living room is equipped with a television with satellite antenna for receiving almost all German TV channels, as well as a radio with CD player.
The kitchen comes with everything you need for your holiday, including a washing machine and a dishwasher.
There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.
The approximately 7,000 m² property also includes the owner's house.
A few steps through the garden lead to a first-class pool located about 30 meters from the holiday home. Simply fantastic.
A rental car is required and can be parked at the house.
Right next to the pool, there is a fine "sand beach" area of about 200 m², and on the pool terrace, there are sun loungers and a sun umbrella. The pool is approximately 100 m² in size, with a shallow entrance and reaches a depth of about 2 meters at the other end.

Het uitzicht op de kustplaatsen "Los Cristianos" en "Playa de Las Americas" in de avond is bijzonder opmerkelijk. De zee van lichtjes is gewoonweg grandioos. En als je dan 's avonds bij het verlichte zwembad zit, zal je de vakantie niet snel vergeten.
The distances:
Some restaurants can be reached in about 2-5 minutes by car. Large supermarkets are about 5 minutes away. The beautiful sandy beach at Hotel Bahia del Duque can be reached in 10 minutes. The holiday home is situated between two golf courses: Golf Costa-Adeje is 5 minutes away, and Golf-Abama is 10 minutes away.

The cancellation fees for the rental property are as follows:
- For cancellations up to the 90th day before the start of the trip, 20% of the rental price,
- For cancellations from the 89th to the 60th day before the start of the trip, 30% of the rental price,
- For cancellations from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price,
- From the 29th day before the start of the trip, 90% of the rental price.
In case of no-show or termination of the trip, 100% will be charged.
The processing fee for a cancellation is 52 EUR.
