Charming, spacious, family-friendly holiday apartment with a cozy sun terrace (view of the ski slope) for 6-8 people in one of Austria's largest ski areas (Zillertal Arena).
Fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, fridge + freezer compartment, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine,...) 2 TVs, full bath and separate guest toilet, 6-8 sleeping places in double bed, bunk bed, and sofa bed, with the double bed in a separate bedroom, adjacent to the children's room with bunk beds, in the gallery area a small alpine extra room with 2 carved beds, separated by a sliding door from another gallery room with a folding double bed couch. Living room with Tyrolean stove and lovingly and comfortably furnished!

Drive up from Zell am Ziller in the Zillertal over the Gerlos Pass, leaving Gerlos behind, turn left past Königsleiten and continue up to Hochkrimml. At the toll station, turn right into the Hochkrimml area. Here, continue straight ahead, passing Filzstein (hotel, ski school) towards Duxeralm. Drive past the ski supply shop Patterer on the right side and the waste disposal site on the left, then opposite the underground garage entrance, go down into the parallel street to us. About 150 meters further on the left side is our apartment.

You can cancel the contract up to 30 days before the rental period begins. In this case, only 20% of the rental price has to be paid. If you withdraw from the contract at a later date, the agreed rental price is due in full, unless the holiday apartment can be rented out to someone else.
