The holiday property "Casa Pelican" is a penthouse apartment located on the top floor of a corner townhouse with its own entrance, as well as a private pool that is only used by the guests of the penthouse. The houses in this prime location were built some time ago, so the furnishings are simple but functional. The total living/usable area is approximately 125 sqm. The living or sleeping area in studio style is about 60 sqm. The double bed consists of two mattresses (each 90 x 200 cm). There is a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. In addition, there are two sun terraces with garden furniture and sun loungers. One of the terraces is right by the pool, which is about 7 x 3 m.
The exceptional location on the cliff, only about 100 meters above the sea, with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic, is particularly noteworthy. One has almost a 180-degree panoramic view of the north coast of Tenerife.

Look forward to the stunning landscape with high, steep cliffs of Tenerife's north coast. Here in the very well-kept, charming little town of El Sauzal with a beautiful plaza and lots of floral decorations, you can feel at ease. High above the cliffs, there are several attractive miradores (viewpoints).
The owner couple, living below the penthouse, are from Italy and Cuba. He is a gifted professional chef. If guests wish, he will cook a 3-course menu and serve it on the penthouse terrace.
Particularly noteworthy in El Sauzal is the wine museum.
Of course, you can also participate in a wine tasting or buy your favorite wine right there.
In town, there are many supermarkets and restaurants.
The distance to Tenerife South Airport is approximately 80 km, and to the North Airport about 20 km. It's about 35 km to the capital Santa Cruz and 15 km to Puerto de la Cruz. The center of El Sauzal is about a 3-minute drive away. The golf course "El Peñon - Real Club de Golf" can be reached in 10 - 15 minutes.

The cancellation fees for the rental property are as follows:
- For cancellations up to the 90th day before the start of the trip, 20% of the rental price,
- For cancellations from the 89th to the 60th day before the start of the trip, 30% of the rental price,
- For cancellations from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price,
- From the 29th day before the start of the trip, 90% of the rental price.
In case of no-show or interruption of the trip, 100% will be charged.
The processing fee for a cancellation is 52 EUR.
