Our detached holiday home is at an altitude of 1200 meters and offers an astonishing panoramic view onto the mountain ranges.
The livingroom and dining area has a fire place and is merging into the kitchen. One bathroom has a bath tube and a shower. There is a seperate toilette. The open construction and its wide windows in the dining area provides a warm atmosphere.
Wooden ceilings stretch through the house and create a cozy ambiente and make you feel as if you were home. The granite stone floor has floor heating for cold days.
All this and much more, offers our bright and friendly holiday home which is modernly furnished with great attention to detail.
VERY Special:Start your skiing trip right in front of our house. Open the front door and see the skiing path. Two parking places in front of the house
The street of our house is uneven and has a gravel path. In winter time winter chains are required.

If you pass the village sign SIMONHÖHE keep driving to SIMONHÖHE 0,4 km
In front of the Almgasthof (restaurant) turn sharp right onto the Schotterstraße about 30 meter you turn left and drive along the Schotterstraße.
