Sehr schöne gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand ( Strandpromenade).
Tiefgaragenplatz ca. 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt.
Alles in allem ein schöner Kurzurlaub.

Unsere Unterkunft in der Villa Freia hat uns mehr als zufriedengestellt. Die Küche der Ferienwohnung ist großzügig ausgestattet, sodass wir sogar 3 Kaffeemaschinen zur Verfügung hatten. Das kleine Zimmer, welches an die Küche angrenzt lässt einen wunderbar aus dem Bett hinaus aufs Meer blicken. Das größere Zimmer hatte leider die Fenster zum Laubengang ausgerichtet, was zunächst etwas befremdlich wirkte, jedoch nicht allzu sehr gestört hat, da wir die letzte Wohnung des Laubengangs bewohnten. Umso mehr haben wir uns über den (Elektro-) Kamin gefreut. Frau Merritt war am Telefon sehr freundlich und es gab keinerlei Probleme. Auch der Urlaub mit 2 Hunden war hier kein Problem.

Geschmackvolle Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Gemüdliche Couchgarnitur, Frühstücken am runden Esstisch mit Blick auf die Ostsee. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und es gab sogar zu unserer Hochzeit eine Flasche Champagner! Vielen Dank nochmal !Das einizige was wir leider bemängeln müssen sind die Matratzen, sie waren alle durchgelegen und wir fanden dadurch kaum Schlaf.
Die Sauberkeit der Matratze in der kleine Nische an der Küche war leider mangelhaft (Haare, Flecken), so dass wir sie auch nicht benutzt haben. Das eigene Auto kann man in einer naheliegendenTiefgarage ( ca. 10 Min Fußweg) abstellen. Leider nicht vor der Tür. Ansonsten war alles top!

Liebe Familie Ritsche, vielen Dank für die Bewertung. Ich habe die Wohnung von Herrn Rabus gekauft und bin nun der neue Vermieter. Es tut mir leid dass die Betten nicht in Ordnung waren. Ich selbst war im Mai in Binz und konnte es so nicht feststellen, aber dazwischen lag ja der Sommer..... Wenn ich im November dort bin, werde ich die Matratzen prüfen. Vielen Dank das sie mich darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben. Herzliche Grüße Elke Merritt
