Our renovated and completely newly furnished holiday home features a living room with a dining area and an open fireplace, a kitchenette with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. The entire holiday home is equipped with a low-maintenance, high-quality, and warm PVC floor. Additionally, the house offers a free Wi-Fi connection. From the living room, you can access the terrace with an awning. A table and a charcoal grill are available for use. In the garden shed, you can securely store your own bicycles. Within the park itself, as well as at the new marina, there are laundry facilities, a kindergarten, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias. Charming cafes and bars invite you to relax and enjoy.

The holiday park offers a variety of leisure activities. There is a soccer field for children, tennis courts, table tennis, playgrounds, mini-golf, a badminton court, and a fitness trail.
Right next to the holiday park, there is a large marina with a small sandy beach, as well as schools for windsurfing, sailing, and diving. Along the Grevelingendam, there are beautiful, extensive cycling paths with natural beaches and sunbathing lawns. Long, clean sandy beaches can be found in Brouwershaven, Renesse, and Westerschouwen, among others. An 18-hole golf course is located in the immediate vicinity. Just a few kilometers away, there is a wonderful riding stable.
The quaint fishing village of Bruinisse, just a short walk away, is situated right on the shores of Lake Grevelingen. The unique landscape offers a multitude of recreational activities. The center of the park provides everything needed for daily life. The island offers a variety of sightseeing opportunities. Visit Zierikzee, about 12 km away.
The place is easily accessible via well-maintained bicycle paths. Zierikzee is a picturesque, medieval town with many charming cafes and an ancient harbor. From there, boat trips are available.

Receipt of the Rental Property
If the tenant is unable to receive the rental property at the agreed time, they must immediately inform the landlord in writing. The landlord will attempt to find a replacement. The costs associated with the search are the responsibility of the original tenant, with a minimum cancellation fee of 100.00 EUR being due, even if a replacement tenant is found. If a new tenant is not found, the tenant owes the landlord upon notification:
25% of the rental price if 6 weeks before the start of the trip,
50% of the rental price if 4 weeks before the start of the trip,
100% of the rental price if 2 weeks before the start of the trip.
Existing hidden defects in the rental property or its equipment do not entitle the tenant to refuse the rental property or to reduce the rent, unless the defect was known to the landlord.
Force Majeure
If the fulfillment of the rental contract is significantly hindered, endangered, or impaired directly and concretely as a result of force majeure (natural disasters, war, civil unrest), the landlord may withdraw from the rental contract.

At the same time, we enjoy the expansive sandy beaches and beautiful dune landscapes. Besides the great cities like Zierikzee, Middelburg, Goes, and Renesse, we are also active as water sports enthusiasts. The Dutch are very hospitable and easy-going - we feel right at home here!
