Holiday destination
The distance from the house to the historical village of Fayence with variety of shops and typical French restaurants is approximately 5 min. walk. A golfing place is reachable in just 5 min. by car. For those who like nightlife as well as fancy seafood-restaurants Cannes is only 25 min. car drive.

Der wunderschöne Ort Fayence hat sehr viel zu bieten. Einen herrlichen Ausblick, etliche Restaurants, Markttage und Galerien. Von hier aus haben wir etliche Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternommen. In die umliegenden Dörfer, besonders schön das hochgelegen Bergdorf Mons, aber auch an die Küste oder ins Picasso Museum nach Antibes. Innerhalb von 10 Autominuten ist man auch an einem schönen See, ohne Motorboote oder noch idyllischer am kleinen Fluss. Das Schwimmbad und die Tennisplätze sind nur 2 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Das Haus selbst ist ideal für 2 Personen oder eine kleine Familie. Auf den beiden Terrassen kann man entspannt dem Lauf der Sonne folgen. Vom morgendlichen Kaffee über den mittäglichen Rosé zum abendlichen Rotwein. Ich war bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal dort.

Das Haus ist nicht ganz auf dem modernsten Stand, aber das ist wohl gerade das Schöne und Einladende, die authentische Atmosphäre und der Charme . Es hat alles war es für schöne und erholsame Ferien braucht. Die Küche ist sehr einfach aber funktionell. Die beiden Terrassen sind sehr praktisch, auf einer kann man immer sitzen. Es hat leider nur sehr viele Stechmücken, wir mussten uns einsprayen Die Lage ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für viele Besichtigungen in der Gegend und die Stadt ist in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und war für uns jederzeit erreichbar. Die liebevoll zusammengestellte Gästemappe ist genial, wir haben jeden Tag etwas daraus besichtigt. Wir haben eine mega schöne Woche mit unserem Hund in Fayence verbracht.
