This vacation house is built in Provencal style, ideal for 4 persons (max. 5) for a vacation retreat. The house is situated in a peaceful location. Living-room, two bedrooms, kitchen, two bathrooms, two WC, a terrace, garden with possibility for barbeque. Parking place in front of the house.

If you are planning your vacation with 8 persons, it is possible to rent the neighbourhouse No. 17 additional.

Special features

Small children can enjoy themselves behind the house in the sandpit. Moreover, there are for - rarely - rain hours or comfortable evenings various board- and other games for the whole family.

For the sport of gliding the Mistral and the southern Alpes offer spectacular possibilities to enjoy your sport in Fayence, equivalent to the gliding-centers in eg. Nevada or Colorado.

Holiday destination

The distance from the house to the historical village of Fayence with variety of shops and typical French restaurants is approximately 5 min. walk. A golfing place is reachable in just 5 min. by car. For those who like nightlife as well as fancy seafood-restaurants Cannes is only 25 min. car drive.

Getting there

Ab Aix en Provence fahren Sie die Autobahn A8, nehmen die Ausfahrt "Les Adrets" und fahren dann Richtung Montauroux. Die Strasse führt am Lac de St. Cassien vorbei zur Route RD 562 (GRD 562 (Grasse/Draguignan). Ab hier ist Fayence ausgeschildert.

Tolle Gegend, super geschnittenes Ferienhaus.

Der wunderschöne Ort Fayence hat sehr viel zu bieten. Einen herrlichen Ausblick, etliche Restaurants, Markttage und Galerien. Von hier aus haben wir etliche Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternommen. In die umliegenden Dörfer, besonders schön das hochgelegen Bergdorf Mons, aber auch an die Küste oder ins Picasso Museum nach Antibes. Innerhalb von 10 Autominuten ist man auch an einem schönen See, ohne Motorboote oder noch idyllischer am kleinen Fluss.
Das Schwimmbad und die Tennisplätze sind nur 2 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt.
Das Haus selbst ist ideal für 2 Personen oder eine kleine Familie. Auf den beiden Terrassen kann man entspannt dem Lauf der Sonne folgen. Vom morgendlichen Kaffee über den mittäglichen Rosé zum abendlichen Rotwein.
Ich war bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal dort.

Das Haus ist nicht ganz auf dem modernsten Stand, aber das ist wohl gerade das Schöne und Einladende, die authentische Atmosphäre und der Charme . Es hat alles war es für schöne und erholsame Ferien braucht. Die Küche ist sehr einfach aber funktionell.
Die beiden Terrassen sind sehr praktisch, auf einer kann man immer sitzen. Es hat leider nur sehr viele Stechmücken, wir mussten uns einsprayen
Die Lage ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für viele Besichtigungen in der Gegend und die Stadt ist in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und war für uns jederzeit erreichbar.
Die liebevoll zusammengestellte Gästemappe ist genial, wir haben jeden Tag etwas daraus besichtigt.
Wir haben eine mega schöne Woche mit unserem Hund in Fayence verbracht.

Kleines Haus in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben uns in dem Haus in Fayence sehr wohlgefühlt. Den schönen Blick aus den Schlafzimmern über die Berglandschaft rund um Fayence und, eingeschränkt auch von der Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, gefehlt hat uns nur ein Toaster.
Am allerbesten hat uns die ruhige Lage am Dorfrand gefallen. 5 Minuten Fußweg bergauf in den schönen alten Ortskern, zum Markt oder Restaurants, oder 5 Minuten durch Wiesen bergab zum Supermarkt oder zur Boulangerie. Einen Parkplatz gibt's vor dem Haus und nette Nachbarn drumherum.
Viele unterschiedliche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zu den schönen Nachbardörfern, an den See oder Fluss, oder ans Meer innerhalb einer Stunde.
