Cancellation term

The customer may withdraw from the contract in writing. If this results in a time period in which the house is not rented out, the following deductions apply to a refund: On cancellation 49 days or more to the first day of the lease: 20% of the lease amount. 35 to 48 days to the first day of the lease: 30%. 14 to 34 days: 50% and 13 days or less: 90%.
