This holiday home has been inspected and evaluated according to the star criteria of the German Tourism Association. Depending on equipment and service, the accommodation is awarded one to five stars.

The 120 m2 holiday home was built of tuff around 1900. The building was completely renovated in September 2015 and refurnished.
You enter the holiday home through a sunny courtyard where you can spend your time, and you alone can use it undisturbed.
Here you'll find a beautiful wooden deck with seating. The separate lounge corner will lure you in to relax, and provides fresh air after using the sauna in the vaulted cellar.
The cosy living room has a wood stove, and there are 3 cheery bedrooms, a completely equipped kitichen/living room, two bathrooms with bathtubs and a Finnish sauna with relaxation room in the natural stone vaulted cellar.
We also rent another house in the beautiful Moselle valley in Treis-Karden. The Apple Tree holiday home.

The holiday home is in the historic centre of Rieden, directly on the Rieden Waldsee path.
The Waldsee (bathing lake) is only about 1 km away. There is a lovely playground right on the lake for the children. Bike and boat rentals and various restaurants can be reached on foot.
The holiday home is an ideal starting point for swimming, hiking, cycling and releaxing.
The bakery with a corner shop is about 100 metres away and has the best rolls and bread in the Eifel.
1. A61 exit Wehr/Nürburgring (Exit 33)

3. Exit at Rieden
4. Take a left toward Rieden
5. Pass through the entrance to Rieden and take a left at Hubertusstrasse.
6. Take a right onto Oberstrasse at the end of the street.

Cancellation by the renter
a) The renter can cancel the rental contract in writing before the beginning of the rental period. The time the landlord receives the written cancellation is the time of cancellation.
b) If the renter cancels the rental contract, they must pay a flat fee for the expenses incurred by the landlord and the lost revenue in the following amounts:
Cancellation up to 60 days before the rental period starts: free
Cancellation up to 30 days before the rental period starts: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the rental period starts: 100% of the rental price

Rieden charges a guest contribution of € 2,00 per person/day for every guest over the age of 7.
