With a view of the Kleinwalsertal mountains, you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest in our chalet. It has the character of a mountain hut, but is equipped with every comfort. You will feel right at home in our house and forget everyday life. On 120m² you will find 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 open kitchen, 1 living room plus gallery with sleeping possibility for 7th and 8th person. Relax in our pine sauna in the outdoor area.
In summer time you can go up with the different gondolas and chairlifts for free.
In winter it's possible to reach our chalet with the skis, if there are good snow conditions.

If in summer or winter our chalet is perfect for starting your holiday program. We are close to Kanzelwandbahn (gondola)
and all the other lifts. A bus station ist nearby and the busses run very frequently.
With the car taking the B19 to Oberstdorf and further on to Kleinwalsertal.
With the train to the station Oberstdorf. From here taking the bus Nr. 1 to Kleinwalsertal (Stop: Unterwestegg)
By plane: The closest airport is Memmingen. Others are Stuttgart, Munich or Friedrichshafen.

We rent weekly from Saturday to Saturday. In low season also under 7 nights.
Less than 4 nights and weekends we can only rent shortly to arrival or if there are any spare times.
New Years Week and Carnival - Standard calculation min. 6 person
Up to 4 person the house is rented with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms only.
