The outside area of the house has an 8,5 x 4,5m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.6m to 2m. To access the pool you have to climb 3 steps and open a small door, so the access for the youngest members of the house is limited. In the surrounding area there is 1 outdoor shower, a total of 7 sunbeds and 2 umbrellas to relax while sunbathing. Note that on the street where the house is located there are 2 electricity towers. These towers do not produce any annoying sounds. Within the property there is a paved area including the parking area which has a total of 380m2. In the exterior area of the house there are 2 porches, a 15m2 one at the entrance and a furnished 30m2 one where there is the fixed barbecue, sink; and where you can enjoy fantastic moments with your loved ones. The privacy of the villa is partial and you can park a total of 5 vehicles, 4 outdoors and 1 in the garage.
Upon entering the house there is the area where the air-conditioned living room, dining room and kitchen are located. In the living room you can unwind from the daily routine watching satellite television, a DVD movie or through a good read. The dining room is the place to share endless after-eating talks with family and friends. The kitchen is partially separated from the living room by a bar and it has everything you need to cook up a feast, including gas stove. The laundry area of this property is independent and has 1 washer, 1 dryer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board.
There are 3 air conditioned bedrooms, two with two single beds each and one with a double bed. The bedroom with double bed offers a shower bathroom en-suite. Besides, there’s a separate bath with bath tub. We can supply two cots and two high chairs upon request.

The house is located in Inca, a town in the center of the island with charm, tranquility and shops where you can find everything you may need during your stay. Besides all this, Inca is known throughout the island for the quality of its leather shops, for its famous cellars (restaurants) where you can taste the specialties of Majorcan cuisine and its traditional "Thursday" market, which has beeb held uninterruptedly for over 7 centuries. The most interesting places to visit are the three late Gothic and Baroque churches which date from the thirteenth century, the monastery of San Bartolomé or the chapel of Santa Magdalena, located on top of a small mountain declared of cultural interest. This mountain is also an excellent viewpoint of the whole island. And for those who wish to enjoy the nightlife in the town, they can visit the Plaza del Angel where there are several bars and terraces where you can take a drink. Only 25 min. away by car you can reach the Bay of Alcudia, which has over 30 km of coastline. It is dominated by sandy, tranquil beaches, alternating with more animated ones, like the on in Port of Alcudia.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
