Newly furnished holiday home for 8 to 10 people in Kostelj, near Crikvenica.
This modern holiday accommodation is spread over 3 floors. (The ground floor is like a separate apartment - access to the 1st floor via an external staircase).
The ground floor comprises a large living/dining room with kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom, and a large terrace.
On the 1st floor, there is another large living/dining room with kitchen, with access to a covered balcony with sea view, as well as a bedroom and a bathroom.
The top floor consists of a bedroom, two children's rooms, and a small bathroom. Each children's room has a bed (120 cm x 200 cm).
The highlight is the large outdoor area, with a beautiful swimming pool, a large sun terrace, a covered seating area with barbecue and sink, and some play options for children.
The property is completely lockable.

The secluded holiday home with pool is located in the town of Kostelj - very close to the better-known holiday destination Crikvenica. Here you can enjoy peace and relaxation and an idyllic landscape straight out of a picture book!
For swimming, head to Crikvenica where you'll be spoilt for choice with beaches. There's a huge sandy beach, but also many pebble beaches or even rocky sections - there's something for everyone!
Crikvenica is located in the Kvarner Bay in the north of Croatia and is easily accessible by car. Due to its proximity to Rijeka Airport on the island of Krk or to the Rijeka transport hub, arrival by plane or by bus and train is also easily possible. From Crikvenica, the village of Kostelj is about 4.5 km away.
