Our villa is 165 sm, is composed of 2 units, one next to the other.
The smaller one is composed of a large living-room with kitchen-corner (full equipped) and 2 single beds. 1 separate sleeping-room with double bed. TV-sat.
The Bathroom is equipped with shower. The living-room has a large glass-window that opens into the garden.
The bigger part is composed of a spacious living-room with kitchen-corner (full equipped and with dishwasher) and doublebedsofa. 2 separate sleeping-rooms (one with doublebed and one, larger, with doublebed + 2 single beds).
TV-sat. The Bathroom is euipped with shower, too. (The shower is in a separate room).
Special features
Very suitable for 2 families and for children thanks to its large, private and fenced garden. In the large garden you have a large gazebo where you can eat day and night, sundbeds, private barbeque. A few meters from the pool of the farm.

We are on a very strategic location near the beach and to the most important touristic attractions fo Tuscany.
Holiday destination
The villa has a big and private and fenced garden (around 1500 sm large) at your disposal with furniture, barbeque, outdoor-shower and lying-chairs and a large gazebo, very nice for dinner outside. All just a few meters from the pool of the farm.
The villa is on a private hill surrounded by wine yards and olive trees. The house is located inside the large park of our farm. We are only a few minute by car from the beach. We have here more than 20 km of sandy beaches, you can reach a new beach each day.
