Cancellation policy
The tenant undertakes in the event of a cancellation of the booking up to 2 months before the rental to pay the landlord 20%. In case of a cancellation of the booking up to 2 weeks before the beginning of the rental the tenant undertakes to pay the landlord 50% of the total price. In case of a cancellation 14 days before the start of the rental the tenant undertakes to pay the landlord 80% of the total price. We recommend you get travel cancellation insurance.

100 meters away there are 2 restaurants with great views and great food. In Gardola there are pizzerias, bakers, butchers and supermarket. In just 10 minutes you are at Porto Tignale a small beach with sun loungers (dogs allowed) and in Gargnano a small port town (free shuttle bus).
From the house you expect beautiful hiking trails, mountain bike trails and excursions.

Direction Riva del Garda and Limone
Drive through Riva del Garda and Limone
Pass the Campione and Tremosine exits
Turn right up to Tignale
Continue straight on the winding road until the village of Oldesio
After about 500 m turn right into Via Unità d'Italia (there is a bus stop on the left)
After approx. 100 m the property is located after a parking space on the right side

Schöne Ferienwohnung.Super Blick auf den See.Die Wohnung hatte alles was man so brauchte.Bi auf kleine Mängel die man mal beheben müsste.Alles in allem top . Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Dies war der schönste Urlaub für uns seit Jahren ! Unsere Wohnung Vistalago II war eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung mit allem " zip und zap", einem tollen Ausblick zu jeder Tageszeit, sehr gut überall gegessen, nette einheimische Nachbarn, das Dorf Oldesio war richtig schnuckelig, der Ordner mit vielen Hinweisen/Tips in der Wohnung und die sehr gepflegte Homepage waren sehr hilfreich für unsere Aktivitäten und auch der Minimarkt 10m entfernt war u.a. für die morgendlichen Brötchen GOLD wert. Ein Feriendomicil ohne wenn und aber weiter u empfehlen und mit Sicherheit nochmal ein Ziel für uns. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Liebe Grüße an Familie Kuschel und ein DANKESCHÖN für einen guten Rundumservice.
