Cancellation term
We would like to point out the option of travel cancellation insurance, since you agree to pay the entire rental amount if you cancel the apartment 28 days before the above date. This also applies to the cancellation of individual days within the above period. Before the end of the four weeks, we only keep the down payment, which we will refund you immediately - minus a processing fee, should we still be able to rent the apartment to someone else. We commit to marking the period you cancelled on the day of the telephone or written announcement as free in the booking plan. Please note that a cancellation that is made by email is only valid with a reply from us.
