This spacious holiday home has been built in the old farmhouse on the former vineyard "La Fontaine de Charambaud". The holiday home le Hibou (the owl) is characterized by a large living room, a lovely kitchen with much comfort, a bathroom with bathtub, 2 sinks and WC, 2 bedrooms. The lovely terrace with garden has plenty of privacy, sun and shade and has plenty of space for relaxation. A second terrace 50 m from the house in the midst of the vineyards and only for guests of le Hibou has a lovely view of Mont Ventoux.
Around the old house there are lovely grounds of 10,000 m2 with cherry trees, beautiful lawns and a large swimming pool (13 x 7 m). Tennis in 50 m.
“La Fontaine de Charambaud“ was a reinforced vineyard with its own fountain and bread oven. The courtyard is fully integrated with the house and partially covered. It's really romantic here with the splashing of the fountains and the excess of roses.

Crestet- Vaison-la-Romaine
High above the rolling hills you'll find the medieval fortress town of Crestet. From "La Fontaine de Charambaud" you'll be at the fortress in 20 minutes on foot where you have a panoramic view of the Ouvèze valley and Mont Ventoux. Crestet is also the starting point of hiking or VTT cycing tours into "Les Dentelles de Montmirail", a mountain chain known for its vertical cliffs.
