The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 cloakrooms, a light-filled living/dining area with fireplace and well-appointed kitchen and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. All rooms are equipped with electric shutters and a separate lockable storage room is available for bicycles, golf bags etc. The spacious terraces are partly covered and the lounge furniture and comfortable sunbeds invite you to enjoy the exclusive view over the lake and mountains.
In the high season the whole house sleeping 6 maximum can be rented. In the off season self-contained smaller areas of the house sleeping 4-6 can be rented. The upper floor is wheelchair accessible

Surrounded by beautiful meadows the house is located at the top of the village of Nussdorf. The village centre with its shops and restaurants is only 600 meters away and the golf course is within sight. The private beach is a five minute drive away and has a private parking place, a hut and sunbeds. Public facilities such as restaurants, a playground, boat rental etc. are just a two minute walk from the beach. Fishing at the beach only before 9 am and after 6 pm
