This holiday home is beautifully and modernly furnished. The bedroom is at the back of the property, i.e. in a very quiet location.
The holiday flat faces the southeast, and it has a television in the living room, and another one in the combined living room and kitchen. The bathroom with shower and toilet has a window.
There are 2 cots and a high chair available.
In addition to this to there coffee machine, there is a coffee capsule machine.
We offer our guests a free laundry service. CDs, DVDs, books, and games can be borrowed from us free of charge.

Our holiday flat is right by the Weststrand. The water is just 150 metres away. Shops, spa facilities, the bathing facilities as well as the Conversationshaus are only a few steps from here.
Despite the great location, it is very quiet in our flat. This means that nothing will stop you from having a relaxed holiday.
You can get here by the following means from the ferry terminal.
By taxi it takes about 4 minutes to get here.
The bus takes about 7 minutes.
You can easily reach us on foot within around 20 to 30 minutes.

Our house was built around 1900 as a city villa and operated by our grandparents as a sophisticated boarding house. It was our parents who modernised it and who furnished this holiday flat. We are the third generation to be renting it out.
