Cancellation policy
If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

The house is located 2km from Inca town, a town in the center of the island with all the amenities needed for your stay. Furthermore, Inca is famous for its leather industry and cellers-restaurants. Here you will find many shops with genuine leather products. On Thursdays there is a local market with fresh vegetables and souvenirs which has been held since 7 centuries. The sightseeing places are the Monastery of San Bartolom and Santa Magdalena Church built on the top of a small mountain from where you can enjoy lovely island views. For those who wish to go out at night, there is a Plaza de Angel, a square with numerous bars and restaurants. In 25 minutes you will reach Port Alcudia.
