The holiday penthouse welcomes you with a beautiful, bright living area with a corner sofa, Sat-Tv and music system.
The kitchen is well-equipped and finished very well, like a dihwasher. In addition to that two more bedrooms, each finished with a double bed with mattrass, slatted frame and four-season comforter. Mosquito netting is available to cover the beds. The two bathrooms are tiled the typical Sardinian style.
Furthermore, the penthouse has two covered verandas and a large terrace, where you can enjoy the hours of sun undisturbed.
The penthouse can be heated and air-conditioned: a pellet stove in the living area and separately controllable air-conditioning (warm/cold) in the living area and bedrooms;

The nice holiday flat Aquila is situated on the hills above the coastal plain of Badesi coined by wine-growing in a typical sardinian village called Muntiggioni.
A few minutes drive will lead you to the 10 km long, fine sandy beach of Badesi. The medieval Castelsardo, the Marina of Isola Rossa, the hot springs and many more dreamlike beautiful beaches and bays are only a few lilometers away.
