There are 2 terraces in the property, an 80m2 one, in the back and around the house (which is ideal for the little ones to play safely), and a 45m2 one located upstairs, which you can access from one of the bedrooms. In the front of the house there is a 13,6m2, furnished porch where you can relish spending the summer evenings with family and friends. The property’s privacy is partial and you have access to 1 outdoor space to park your vehicle.
The house has a living room with 1 wood burning stove. That is the perfect place to relax watching TV, surfing the internet or reading a good book. The dining room is furnished and is located in the same area; there, you can enjoy wonderful evenings with your loved ones. The kitchen is opened to the living room; it gives you access to everything you need to unleash your imagination preparing your best dishes, including gas stove. The laundry area is separate and has 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 with 1 double bed and 1 with 2 single beds; all have closets and the house features 1 crib in case you need it. In this home you have access to 2 bathrooms with 1 shower each. This wonderful house has 2 floors and its privacy is partial.
Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 20 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
Pets are not allowed in the property.
The holding of events is not allowed in the property.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

Sa Rapita is located in a coastal area of unique beauty. In this area there are some of the most beautiful beaches in Majorca, such as: Es Trenc, Playa de Ses Covetes i Platja de Sa Rapita. Sa Rapita is in the municipality of Campos and is 37 km from Palma's airport.
There is a marina equipped with modern facilities and from its bar-restaurant, which is right at the beach, you can admire the beautiful coastline. In this area you can enjoy many services but, if you wish, you can also drive to Palma, the capital of the island, where you can find several tourist and cultural options, as well as all kinds of shops.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
