Spiral Stairs bring you down to the souterrain where is the second bed-room with en-suit bathroom .
This 2nd bedroom has no window but only a small light-slot. (circa 40 x 20 cm) but the advantage, that in summer it is the freshest room of the house.

the house offers you great privacy, a fantastic pool for private use ( 4x8 m with one side infinity-border)
as well as a nice garden with olive-trees, barbecue, very panoramic and calm position (although small land-road is passing, but with very few traffic), 1 km outside a small medieval hamlet with tower.
