The holiday home Slufterhoek 006 features a spacious living room with a wood stove and sitting area, as well as a dining table for 10 people. The holiday home is also accessible for wheelchair users.

CANCELLATION RISK
Article 1. Conclusion of Participation.
Participation is established by payment of the attached transfer form. Proof of registration is the reservation contract, which indicates that registration has taken place.
Article 2 Participants
Participation is in the name of the tenant and cannot be transferred to another contract number.
Article 3. Contribution
The contribution must be paid at the same time as the rental sum. When determining the contribution, the full rental sum to be paid must be taken into account. Participation only begins after payment of the full contribution and ends on the day the rental period begins, and the tenant is present.
Article 4. Double Protection of the Participant
If there is a claim for compensation of damages or costs based on another insurance of older or more recent date, or based on a law or other regulation, the participation described here is only effective in second place. In such a case, only the damage for a replacement that exceeds the amount that the participant can claim elsewhere will be considered.
Article 5. Cancellation
Cancellation costs are exclusively the costs to be paid to the landlord in the event of cancellation; these include the fully or partially paid rental sum, but only up to the amount of the rental sum as indicated on the confirmation, provided that the contribution has been paid. The compensation will never be higher than the amount the participant would have to pay to the landlord without this participation.
If you do not want to use the cancellation risk, please deduct the entire premium amount from the 1st rental payment.
Article 6. Events Covered by the Cancellation Risk
1. serious illness, accident, or death of:
a. the participant
b. his/her (in-law) relative of 1st or 2nd degree.
c. his/her cohabitant (according to the registration office)
2. an external circumstance that causes:
a. the participant's own home or rented apartment or the participant's business to suffer significant damage, so that the participant must be present at the location as owner, tenant, or de facto manager.
b. the holiday property to be unavailable
3. involuntary unemployment due to a complete or partial closure of the company where the participant is employed.
Article 7. Exclusions
The following events are excluded from coverage by the cancellation risk:
1. Those directly related to or caused by war and/or civil war.
2. Those directly related to or caused by the participant's involvement or the deliberate or knowing attendance of a strike, riot, uprising, and/or act of terrorism.
3. Those caused by nuclear reactions and/or environmental pollution, occurring in this context, or resulting from it, regardless of how and where the reaction/pollution occurred.
4. Epidemics and/or the outbreak of diseases on a large scale in the destination area.
Article 8. Obligations of the Participant
The participant or the affected party is obliged to inform De Muy b.v. immediately, but within 3 x 24 hours, of the circumstances that prevent the intended rental of the property from taking place. This party is also required to provide sufficient proof upon request from De Muy b.v. when a claim for compensation based on this participation is made.
