The house was fully renovated in 2015, designed with a love of detail and equipped with high-quality furnishings. Two individually arranged bedrooms offer space for four people. In the design bathroom, Marazzi stone tiles and handcrafted oak furniture provide rustic high-quality accents.
The light-flooded living room with large windows and direct access to the terrace offers a divine lake view. In the winter the first-class heating chimney provides a special atmosphere.
Modern amenities such as Sat TV, internet radio, dishwasher and WLAN internet access complete the holiday comfort in the house.
The holiday home offers a large lakeside property, where you can walk right into the water and go swimming. We fully renovated the house in 2015/2016 and equipped it with high quality furnishings.

On the Vorderen Höri on Lower Lake Constance, nestled in an idyllic recreational landscape, lies the community of Moos with its districts Bankholzen, Iznang, Moos and Weiler.
The holiday home Strandhaus Rivalago is located in Iznang, within close proximity to a nature reserve. A primarily agricultural area as the remainder of the undeveloped harbour of Lake Constance where typical products of the region can be grown.

Cancellation and early departure:
If the tenant cancels the contract prior to the start of the rental period, the following proportional rental costs are to be paid as reparation for offsetting the expenses saved, provided that another rental is not possible:
Cancellation up to
- 49 days prior to start of rental: 25% of the rental price
- 35 days prior to start of rental: 50% of the rental price
- 21 days prior to start of rental: 70% of the rental price
- 14 days prior to start of rental: 90% of the rental price
- less than 14 days prior to start of rental: 100% of the rental price.
3. In case of an early departure, the lessee is obliged to pay the rental fee in full.
The landlord recommends taking out travel cancellation insurance.
A cancellation can only be made in writing to the landlord. The day of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is authoritative.
The costs for electricity, water, heating and internet are included.
The visitor's tax is to be paid in advance and is calculated according to the valid rate.
Electricity for charging an electric car is not included and will be charged separately.

Sira, in turn, was lucky enough to meet Christoph and experience the fascinating atmosphere of this place since their first summer together. We associate the house with many happy and carefree moments together with friends and family. In 2015 we decided to fully renovate the house and have created this special beach house on Lake Constance with a phenomenal amount of joy and now we want to share this happiness with others.
