A colourful, comfy sitting-dining room with A/C invites you to watch a film on the satellite-TV, listen to music or have dinner with friends. The open kitchen with vitro hob is fully-equipped and has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. Three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with one single bed, are located on the ground floor. The first floor is solely for one bedroom with double bed and spacious en-suite bathroom with bath tub and shower. Additionally to the en-suite bath, there is one shower bathroom and a bath with bath tub on the lower floor. All bedrooms have A/C, wardrobes and we can prepare one cot and one high chair for our youngest guests.
There's a private, 6 m x 3 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.2 m to 1.7 m and an exterior shower, where you will be able to refresh yourself during hot summer days. Afternoons can be spend basking in the sun on one of the six sun loungers or having a tasty BBQ on the shady terrace with straw-roof and white curtains. On the first floor, you will have access to an ample terrace overlooking the urbanisation and with sun loungers. This wonderful home is independent and totally fenced, located in a quiet urbanisation close to the beach and with direct neighbours. Please keep in mind that the basement of the house is not accessible.

A 10 minutes' walk takes you to the fine grained beach Playa de Cala Santanyí with crystal clear waters. In front of the coast and in the middle of the sea raises the rock Es Pontas, which is very popular for climbing. The whole east coast is hemmed by great beaches like Cala Figuera, Cala Llombars, Cala S'Almonia and Caló des Moro. Cala Egos surprises with a natural, rocky pool. The natural park Mondragó is quite close; nice for hiking or spending a day to the beach.
The village of Santanyí has all necessary amenities for an independent stay. Wednesday and Saturday takes place the local market, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, clothes and crafts. Las Salinas is famous for its salt production, and there you can not only buy high-quality salts but also see mountains of white salt drying under the Mediterranean sun. Furthermore, in Las Salinas there is a botanic cactus park.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in.
Tourist tax: € 2.20 per person per night (not included) from May 1 until October 31.
Tourist tax: € 0.55 per person per night (not included) from November 1 until April 30.
You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
