At the stylishly renovated Casa Coniglio, all rooms are conveniently located on one level on the ground floor.
Two large bedrooms, each with over 20 m² of living space and their own bathroom, are separated by a well-equipped, modern kitchen-diner with a large cooking island and a sofa corner (double sofa bed), flat-screen TV with satellite reception, and DVD player. All rooms also have direct outdoor access. And in front of the kitchen, a beautifully designed seating area in the shade of the old trees invites you to linger. We have often heard from guests that they would like to have such a kitchen at home...
The beautiful beach of Noli is reachable in 1 hour, the famous wine-growing areas of Barolo and Barbaresco in just 45 minutes.
Baby cots and high chairs are provided free of charge if needed. For smaller children, there is a playhouse and a play tower with a slide available.

Large pool (14 x 20 m) with separate baby pool, pool house with summer kitchen, billiard house, playhouse, children's playground, table football, mountain bikes available on site. Tennis courts and horses 2 km away. Alba, Acqui Terme, Barolo, Barbaresco, and the sea each about 30 to 60 minutes away. Guide with 30 hiking trails in Piedmont is available.
The estate "Cascine Crema" is nestled among meadows and forests in a beautiful, quiet location with a view of the mountains. It is part of the municipality of Cortemilia (2 supermarkets, 2 bakeries, 2 butchers, etc.), but is located about 6 km above and only 2 km away from Bergolo (stone houses), the smallest municipality in the province of Cuneo.
The pool and pool house with a summer kitchen, table football, and bread baking house are surrounded by two large lavender fields and a meadow with about 400 fruit trees, from which guests are welcome to help themselves.
By car, approximately 2 hours from Milan and 60 minutes from Savona (sea). Detailed directions will be provided after booking.

My parents have renovated and furnished both Cascine Crema and Casa Pasqualin in Piedmont with great dedication and expertise.
