The Casa Pedro has 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed of 180cmx190cm, bedroom 2 has two single beds with a respective size of 90cmx190cm.
The living / dining area is equipped with a 3-2er sofa, coffee table and dining area with 4 chairs. Satellite TV and DVD / CD player are available. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, oven, fridge-freezer combination, coffee maker, kettle and washing machine.
In our house you will find a bathroom with toilet, washbasin, bidet and shower. Guest toilet with sink.
2 terraces for sunbathing, the swimming pool area includes a size of 8x4 meters. In the outdoor area you will finde a barbecue and a shower.
The house is situated in a quiet location on a 550 sqm large and lovingly planted garden plot.
From the terrace you can reach the pool, barbecue area and an outdoor shower and have a wonderful view of nature.

The Urbanizacion Monte Pego is located in the north of the Costa Blanca, near Denia.
Here you will find the calm and the experience. Up to the long sandy beaches you only need a good 15 minutes by car. Opportunities for hiking, horseback riding, road cycling or mountain biking, surfing, golfing, kite surfing etc. are located in the immediate vicinity.
Supermarkets (Mercadona, Aldi, Lidl, etc.) are located at about 8km distance in Pego.
The next available airports are Alicante or Valencia - both around 100 km away. The detailed directions we explain separately in detail. A car is essential, the Urbanizacion Monte Pego and the Casa Pedro is on a mountain (Monte Pego).

Kündigung
- bis 49 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 10 % des Mietpreises
- bis 35 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 30 % des Mietpreises
- bis 21 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 60 % des Mietpreises
- bis 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 90 % des Mietpreises
- ansonsten (später als 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn) 100 % des Mietpreises.
Gleichwohl ist der Vermieter bemüht, das Mietobjekt anderweitig zu vermieten.
Der Mieter kann jederzeit einen geringeren Schaden nachweisen.
Bricht der Mieter den Aufenthalt vorzeitig ab, bleibt er zur Zahlung des vollen Mietpreises verpflichtet.
Eine Stornierung bzw. Kündigung kann nur schriftlich erfolgen. Maßgeblich ist der Tag des Zugangs der Erklärung bei dem Vermieter.
