The apartment is located in the city center of Boltenhagen approx. 100 m away from the beach. The beautiful spa garden of Boltenhagen nearby.
A big shopping center isn't far away from the apartment.
You find respectively balcony or terrace in the apartment. You find a washing machine and dryer (for an extra fee) and a place to store your bike. The residence starfish has a very beautiful swimming pool as well as sauna/solarium and a steam bath (against charges).
