Cancellation and early termination
Does the loger cancel the contract before the beginning he has the possibility to name someone else to the same conditiones. If he don´t do that, he has to pay a compensation to the purchase price, if there is no other renting possibility.- cancellation
rescission till 45 days before the beginning: 20% of the whole price, at least 50,-€
rescission till the 35th day before: 50% of the whole price
afterwards: 80% of the whole price
if you don`t come over ... 90% of the whole price
The owner has to present his object also.
It is the right of the tenant to prove this to come to a smaler price.
does the tenant teminate the stay earlier, he has to pay the whole price!
We recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
2nd - 3rd overnight stays for 2 persons = 130,-€ - every additional person 40,-€
4th - 6th overnight stays for 2 persons = 95,-€ - every additional person 30,-€
from 7th overnight stays for 2 persons = 85,-€ - every additional person 25,-€
