Description

Pretty house situated on the ground of an historic, 18th century farm property. Very near to Eckernförde on the Baltic Sea, it offers many possibilities to spend your holiday. The beach is just 5 minutes away by car or by bicycle and golfers can play at the beautiful Altenhof Club, also very near. During the summer you can enjoy the high-level concerts of the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival, which take place in many locations in the neighborhood.

Wunderschöne, romantische Fahrradtouren sind vom Gut aus zu unternehmen, so kann man zu jeder Jahreszeit die verschiedenen Stimmungen genießen, die diese Region zu bieten hat. Im Winter auch sehr reizvoll, vor allem wenn Schnee liegt und man nach einem tüchtigen Spaziergang die Wärme am Kaminofen genießen kann. Holz steht selbstverständlich reichlich zur Verfügung der Gäste.

Super schönen kurzurlaub auf ein Gutshof

Einfach Traumhaft!!!! Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kinder 9 und 12 Jahre alt im Gartenhaus Marienthal, für ein kurzurlaub. Für jeden was dabei die Kinder waren fasziniert von den Pferden auf der Koppel, die Umgebung ist wunderschön und wir konnten in der gemütlichen Atmosphäre des Ferienhauses schön entspannen. Klein aber fein kann man das Ferienhaus am besten beschreiben. Reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke, und der Strand mit dem Fahrrad nur 5 min endfährt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder . Ferien mit Pferden

Wir hatten mit unseren Enkelkindern, 7 und 9 Jahre, einen 9-tägigen Aufenthalt geplant in einer ruhigen Umgebung mit Pferden, wie in den anderen Bewertungen angegeben. Die Pferde waren auch da und begeisterten die Kinder. Auch die zum Haus gehörende Wiese wurde gerne genutzt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war nett. Allerdings wurde während unseres Aufenthalt die nahe Biogasanlage beliefert, was zu einer Lärm- und teilweise Geruchsbelästigung von morgens 7 Uhr bis tief in die Nacht führte. Ärgerlich für uns war die Tatsache, dass das angekündigte W-Lan nur unzureichend funktionierte. Außerdem zeigt das Haus deutliche Abnutzungsspuren. Wen das alles nicht stört, kann dort einen schönen Urlaub verleben.

Zu dieser negativen Bewertung möchte ich folgendes sagen:
Das Problem mit dem W-lan. Habe ich sofort bei Anreise der Gäste angesprochen, weil wir zentral was verändern mussten und ich die Befürchtung hatte, dass der Empfang nicht so gut sein konnte. Allerdings hat sich Frau G. nicht mehr gemeldet, sonst hätten wir zügig einen Techniker bestellt. Mittlerweile funktioniert alles tadellos. Auch die „deutlichen“ Abnutzungserscheinungen wären meistens durch kleine Eingriffe von unseren Mitarbeitern zu beheben gewesen (etwa eine etwas lockere Türklinke oder ein Wasserhahn, der etwas verkalkt ist). Ich habe den Mann von Frau G häufig getroffen und er hat mir nie etwas von diesen Beschwerden gesagt. Und der Lärm kam hauptsächlich nicht von der Biogasanlage, sondern von der Ernte, die voll in Gange war, wie eben auf dem Land im Sommer ist.
Die jetzigen Gäste scheinen vollkommen zufrieden zu sein, vieles ist eben subjektiv und einige sehen eher das halb leere als das halb volles Glas.

Ein feines kleines Gartenhaus in ruhiger Lage. In 2 km ist man am Strand.Sehenswert auch Eckernförde mit Hafen und Altstadt. Die Terasse grenzt direkt an die Pferdekoppel... ein Traum.... Im Haus gibt es nur eine Padmaschine.... Ist vielleicht für die Kaffeetrinker wichtig!
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
