House Sunrise is located on the southern edge of Rovinj, right by one of the most beautiful beaches there, the 'Cuvi' beach, in the 'Punta Corrente' nature reserve.
Here, you can walk to the beach - the path to the bathing beach Kuvi leads through a small fragrant pine forest on a footpath. Since there is no main road to cross, children can also go there on their own.
It's only a 15-minute walk to the historic old town of Rovinj, and shopping facilities as well as excellent restaurants can be found starting at a distance of 300 meters. Your car will be parked safely on the property of the house or right in front of it. If you like, you can happily forget about the car for the entire holiday.
