The 11m x 5m private salt swimming pool, with a deph of 0.5m and 2.2m is the protagonist of this lovely house. You can enjoy sunbathin while the kids play in the garden. It has an external shower, ideal for a quick refresh. If you like cooking outside, there is a barbecue as well. The wide porch is a nice place to spend time with your family or relax at the caribbean hammock. At the garden, you will find a little pond and a gravel flowery area. The house is fenced and there are no direct neighbours.
Inside the house, it awaits a welcoming living room where you can watch the satelliTE TV or listen to your favourite music. There is also a firewood for your use if you come in the winter. The modern kitchen with vitro hob that disposes of all the amenities for you to cook delicious meals. At the washing room,you will find a washing machine, an iron and an iron board.
The three bedrooms have a double bed each, two of them is equipped with air conditioning and one with a fan. if you travel with your baby, we will prvide you a cot and a high chair. There is two bathrooms, one with a bath and another one with a shower. This house also disposes of a safe box, located at the bathroom. For the winter you will have at your service 5 electric radiators.
The holding of events is forbidden.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.

Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, is an authentic majorcan village located and the center-east of the island, and it offers all the necessary services, like supermarkets and bars. On thursdays, it takes place the market where you can buy fresh local products. Closed by, you can visit Son Lluc, an archaelogic site where you can see the reminders of an antique majorcan village.
In about 15 minutes driving you will arrive to the oriental coast and a lot of idylic beaches, like Cala Millor, Cala Bona, Canyamel and Sa Coma. If you fancy a night out, you can find many options in Cala Millor, and also a lot of shops. Golf lovers can practice at Canyamel Golf.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
