The beautiful house is located just outside the idyllic fishing village of Porto Petro, near the Mandrago beach which is one of the best on the island. The intimate atmosphere, private pool, sea views, the beach, the beautiful surroundings of the nature reserve Mondraó as well as sports facilities, spa, gourmet restaurants in the immediate vicinity provide a feel-good holiday. The house is left for sole use.
Our comfortable and well-furnished holiday home is located on an approximately 340 square meter plot that is completely overgrown. In addition to the breakfast terrace on the ground floor the house has a spacious sun terrace around the pool. This leaves plenty of space for sun loungers and Weber gas grill. The ground floor contains a spacious living room with heating fireplace, an open kitchen with full equipment (dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee filter and capsule, kettle, new dishes, new glasses, ...), two bedrooms ( 1 x with double bed 180 x 200 and 1 x with French bed 160 x 200) with intermediate shower. The second bathroom with shower and toilet is upstairs, as the third bedroom with a double bed (180 x 190). The total floor area is approximately 100 square meters. Highchair and cots are available. Each bedroom has a built in wardrobe. A safe for your valuables is available.
On the sun sinking page Finca country firmly located on the upper floor another furnished terrace from which one ascends to the roof terrace. From this you have a wonderful sea and panoramic views.
All rooms have an air conditioning with cooling and heating function. In addition, the living room for the winter months has electric underfloor heating and a fireplace. The bathrooms are also equipped with radiators.

Porto Petro is a quaint fishing village-in the southeast of Mallorca, which has kept its idyllic charm despite the proximity to Cala d'Or. There is nice restaurants and small shops, boutiques and a small, fine Friday market with everything your heart desires. From the harbor you can take boat trips. The house is located on the edge of a nature conservation area and near the Mondragó Cove, which is among the best on the island. The small bays Calo de Sa Torre, Calo Borgit and Cala Barca can be reached in a few minutes, an open-air bus connects Porto Petro with the beaches and runs daily in high season several times.
From the airport you take the highway east to Santanyi/Campos/Llucmajor. Go on to Santanyi. At the entrance of Santanyi turn left at the traffic circle. Go on in the direction Cala d’Or. At the crossroads turn left to Alqueria Blanca. Stay on the road to Alqueria Blanca. Now follow the signs to Portopetro.
It will take about 45-50 minutes. You will get a directions from us before your arrival.
