This holiday home has been inspected and evaluated according to the star criteria of the German Tourism Association. Depending on equipment and service, the accommodation is awarded one to five stars.
Our apartment was completed in 2016 and is located on the outskirts in a quiet location.
The kitchen is comfortably equipped including a dishwasher and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Should something be missing, we look forward to receiving a corresponding hint.
Dining room and living room form one unit. The technical equipment includes a 42 "flat screen TV, a DVD player and a stereo system. - WLAN is available free of charge.
The couch can be converted into a bed with one hand movement (if occupied by more than 2 people) and offers a lying area of approx. 1.40 mx 2.00 m.
A parking space is available directly at the house.

There’s a bakery and butchery in the centre of the village.
The next supermarket is located in Mendig – approx. 3km away.
The nearest bigger town is Mayen in a distance of approx. 8 km.
A popular place of excursion is Maria Laach.
The beautiful lake is ideal for a walk or a nice swim.

Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival is free of charge.
If the cancellation is shorter than four weeks, we reserve the right to invoice the rental price at a pro rata rate of 20% if we cannot re-rent the holiday home in the booked period.
If you are not allowed to travel due to an official order during the corona pandemic, you can also cancel at short notice free of charge.
