This modern holiday home is a 1-bedroom apartment to accomodate 4 people. Situated in Sankt Margarethen im Lungau, it is ideal for a small family. It comes with a free WiFi and a relaxing balcony to enjoy the sunny Lungau valley.



A great place for ski buffs with Obertauern, Grosseck-Speiereck, Aineck-Katschberg and Fanningberg ski areas nearby. The ski school at 200 m is ideal for beginners to learn skiing. The picturesque St Margarethen makes a perfect spot to explore. Surroundings are rich with high mountains, hills, lakes, gorges, grottoes and waterfalls giving plenty of room for activities. Forest is at 500 m and public swimming pool at 12 km. The hiking route along the waterfalls is a must try. For good food, you can walk to the restaurants at 100 m. General supplies and town center lies 500 m away.



There is an atmospheric stove in the lounge for cosy winter evenings and central heating to keep you warm. Parking is available on the premises.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, sauber und hat eine Terrasse, die wir sehr gerne und oft genutzt haben. Es waren ausreichend Handtücher da und sogar weitere Bettwäsche zum Wechseln, da wir 14 Tage dort waren. Wir hatten zur Wohnung einen dazugehörigen Parkplatz - sehr angenehm!

Große Risse in der Küchenwand. Das Furnier des Couchtisches war lose. Schmutziger Fleck an der Wand im Zimmer. Oben in der Rückenlehne des Sessels befindet sich ein Loch. Da es im Schlafzimmer kein Fenster gab, konnte man nicht lüften. Viel zu große Pfannen für zwei Personen. Die Gartengarnitur bestand aus einem Tisch und zwei Holzbänken ohne Polster, so dass man schon nach einer halben Stunde Sitzen Rückenschmerzen hatte. Schaute auf der anderen Straßenseite auf ein Haus. saß im Garten über einem Parkhaus, also war es ein Lärm. Man konnte Leute reden hören und ziemlich viel Motorgeräusch. Wir waren schon einmal im Urlaub bei Belvilla und waren immer zufrieden damit. Dies war unser schlimmster Urlaub in unserer 47-jährigen Ehe. (Ich habe diese Rezension auch vor zwei Wochen geschrieben)
