Description

Near the Salzburger Sportwelt ski area, this stunning apartment in Wagrain is ideal for a family or a group. It can accommodate 6 guests and has 2 bedrooms. It has a balcony for you to enjoy the surrounding views and relax to the maximum.

During winter, you can enjoy skiing or snowboarding in the ski area. For lovely walsk in the morning or evenings, the forest lies 500 m from the apartment. The town centre and local grocery store are at 3 km. The nearest restaurant is 2 km away.

Central heating is provided for your convenience. There are a trampoline and childrens bed for the little ones. A parking slot is available. You can play table tennis and table football in leaisure hours. A maximum of 5 pets are allowed for an additional charge of 5/pet/night.

The guest can check in between 4-6 PM and checkout between 8-10 AM.

Während unseres Aufenthalts in den Frühlingsferien wurde am Haus gearbeitet! Neue Dacheindeckung, Montage von Platten. Den ganzen Tag Bohren, Hämmern und Brennen und der Gasgestank beim Verkleben der Bespannung. Wegen der herumlaufenden Arbeiter kann man nicht draußen auf dem Balkon sitzen. Als wir mit dem Eigentümer sprachen, mussten wir es akzeptieren, denn die Arbeiter hatten diese Woche zufällig Zeit! Nachdem wir Belvilla kontaktiert hatten, wurde die Arbeit nach 3 Tagen eingestellt!!! Zum Morgengrauen. Leider gab es danach kein gutes Wort mehr, um mit den Besitzern zu reden.
Schade, denn das Haus ist geräumig und hat eine schöne Aussicht.
Einige Punkte, die Sie wissen sollten; Im Winter gibt es weder Tischtennis noch Tischfußball. Es gibt keine Waschmaschine im Haus (ist auf dem Foto, aber nicht da) kurze Bettdecken, also mit 1,90 kalte Füße. Die Straße hoch zum Haus ist im Winter schwierig zu befahren, aber wenn Sie rückwärts einparken, ist dies problemlos möglich.
Mit diesen Erfahrungen werden wir es kein zweites Mal erleben.
