The holiday apartment Sterflat 185 offers a fantastic view over the North Sea, the beach, and the northern dune area of Egmond aan Zee. It is located on the 7th floor on the west side of the building "Sterflat". There are 2 elevators available as well as a parking space in the basement garage.
This accommodation is freshly furnished and has 2 balconies, with the first balcony facing west and the second northwest, allowing you to enjoy the magnificent view and the romantic sunset sheltered from the wind almost all day.
The apartment is equipped with all amenities, such as digital television and free Wi-Fi. In the bedroom, there are 2 single beds with access to the 2nd balcony.

Take the A12 from Germany towards Arnhem, Utrecht.
At Utrecht, take the A2 towards Amsterdam.
After about 25 km, take the A9 towards Amstelveen and then after 20 km continue on the A9 towards Alkmaar.
Then take the exit Alkmaar/Heiloo, 3/4 roundabout towards Heiloo and then towards Egmond. Continue following the direction to Egmond aan Zee.
Then drive past the boulevard by the sea.

if cancellation occurs from the 42nd calendar day (inclusive) to the 28th calendar day (exclusive) before the arrival date: 60% of the gross rental price;
if cancellation occurs from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) up to the arrival date: 90% of the gross rental price;
if cancellation occurs on the arrival day or later: the full gross rental price;
if cancellation occurs during the stay: the full gross rental price including all surcharges.
